    OPTIMARC® CV/CC 350MV CV/CC 500MV

    The New LWF® wire feeders are semiautomatic constant speed wire feeders. They are designed to be used with the Lincoln range of OPTIMARC® 505 series welding power sources. For easy connection, a rear "panel mount" connects the gas hose and control cable to the wire feeder. The welding cable lug is located on an insulated stud near the rear "panel mount".

    The digitally controlled OPTIMARC® CV/CC350MV and CV/CC500MV power sources deliver constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) output for demanding, heavy-duty welding applications. Engineered for superior arc performance, they offer rapid response to arc conditions for highly stable and consistent weld quality. These models are ideal for MIG and FCAW fabrication, supporting 0.8 mm to 1.6 mm solid wire and 1.2/1.6 mm flux-cored wire. They also perform exceptionally well in SMAW applications with electrodes up to 6 mm. Built on advanced inverter technology, the CV/CC350MV and CV/CC500MV provide high input power factor ratings, helping reduce energy consumption and significantly lower welding costs. Heavy-fabrication operations benefit from their wide multi-process capabilities, including robust stick, MIG, and flux-cored welding, along with precise Touch-Start TIG performance.
