Key protective gear for welders includes helmets with appropriate shade lenses, which shield the eyes and face from harmful light and spatter. Fire-resistant clothing, gloves, and aprons protect the skin from burns and hot metal. Safety glasses and face shields add an extra layer of eye protection during grinding or cutting tasks.
